Leslie McDougall has a unique ability to visualize the personality of a brand. Her passion for beautiful typography and smart use of color are blended with an appreciation of business and brand strategy. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and smaller, local businesses. Leslie’s work has been honored by Communication Arts, Print, How, Step, AIGA Minnesota, The San Francisco Design Show and has been published in a number of design books. Leslie holds a Bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Heather believes in the power of great design — its power to make connections. And, her insight, from 10 years of experience in brand and communications strategy, helps Stir Creative develop solutions that create positive and lasting connections for its client’s brands. Before joining Stir Creative, Heather was communications strategist at a Minneapolis brand and identity design firm where she worked with clients such as 3M, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, AIGA MN, Cargill and Mosaic. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa in Interpersonal Communications.
